Using this site
These terms apply when you use the Burger Bounce website, browse the menu, create an account, place an order, or receive order updates. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information.
Menu and availability
Menu items, modifiers, prices, taxes, fees, availability, pickup times, and delivery options may change. We try to keep the online menu current, but an item may become unavailable after it is shown online.
Orders
Orders are not accepted until checkout is completed and the order is confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing item choices, modifiers, pickup or delivery details, and contact information before submitting an order.
Payments
Payments are processed through Square or another checkout provider we support. If a payment is declined, reversed, or flagged for review, we may cancel or pause the order until the issue is resolved.
Cancellations and refunds
Because food is prepared to order, cancellation and refund requests depend on order status, preparation progress, and applicable law. Contact us as soon as possible if an order is incorrect or needs to be changed.
Notifications and wallet passes
Order updates may be sent by email, SMS, account page, or Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes where available. Delivery of notifications is not guaranteed and may depend on third-party services, device settings, and network conditions.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account verification methods secure. We may limit, suspend, or remove account access if we suspect misuse, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
